Facilio is a cloud-based facility and property operations platform for facilities teams, real estate operators, and multi-site portfolios. Its Connected CMMS brings together work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, asset lifecycle tracking, vendor coordination, space hierarchies, floor plans, dashboards, and compliance operations. Workplace features extend into desk assignment, hot-desking, room bookings, occupancy visibility, and service requests. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field-based teams.
The published plans show a progression from core operations to broader enterprise control. Standard includes work orders, service requests, preventive maintenance, mobile access, reports, dashboards, and core asset and workflow configuration. Essential adds inspections, compliance rounds, inventory, spare parts, procurement workflows, tenant and stakeholder portals, and integration support. Enterprise adds vendor management, RFQs, compliance and audit controls, SSO, enterprise security controls, a dedicated customer success owner, sandbox access, and advanced configuration.
