Facilio is a cloud-based facility and property operations platform for facilities teams, real estate operators, and multi-site portfolios. Its Connected CMMS brings together work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, asset lifecycle tracking, vendor coordination, space hierarchies, floor plans, dashboards, and compliance operations. Workplace features extend into desk assignment, hot-desking, room bookings, occupancy visibility, and service requests. Web, iOS, and Android access support office and field-based teams.
