Office 365 is a hosted, subscription-based product. This means that instead of paying for the product for a fixed one-time cost, you pay a monthly or annual subscription fee. Having said that, MS Office still has an option to purchased the product at a one-off fixed cost – as Office 2019.

Microsoft Outlook
MS Outlook (or simply, Outlook) is an email program that you can use to send, read and reply to emails. Outlook also helps you manage contacts and calendars, including scheduling meetings.

Microsoft PowerPoint
MS PowerPoint (or simply, PowerPoint) is also part of the MS Office Suite. It is a slide and presentation program that helps you present your ideas in simple, bold and colorful forms.
PowerPoint supports all major operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
