    • Spreadsheet-style pipeline records may not suit teams wanting a visual board.

Our verdict on Streak

Streak is a CRM and workflow management product embedded directly in Gmail. It is designed for sales teams, recruiters, fundraisers, and operators who want to manage contacts, companies, pipelines, email history, tasks, and follow-up workflows without leaving their inbox. Its records, filters, roles, and permissions support structured sales work, while automatic email sharing and interaction timelines connect communication to each deal. Mobile apps, AI features, API access, and webhooks extend the product beyond Gmail.

The pricing structure separates basic email tools from the broader CRM feature set. The free offering covers email power tools, while the Pro plan costs $49 per user per month billed monthly and adds core CRM, mail merge, shared pipelines, and 20 AI credits per user per month. Pro+ costs $69 per user per month and adds advanced reports, integrations and automations, archived users, 150 AI credits per user per month, and a 14-day free trial. Enterprise costs $129 per user per month and adds custom roles, data validation, dedicated support and a CEO line, plus 500 AI credits per user per month. The paid tiers make the most sense for teams that need shared workflows and reporting.

Streak’s main advantage is its Google-centric ecosystem fit. It connects with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Chat, Google Forms, Slack, Zapier, and LinkedIn, and it can export scheduled reports to Google Sheets. CRM automation can assign leads, create tasks, and manage follow-up, while AI supports summaries, deal questions, autofill, lead research, and meeting agenda generation. Choose Streak if Gmail is the team’s primary workspace and inbox-based pipeline management is the priority. Consider an alternative if a drag-and-drop visual board is central to the sales process or if the starting paid price is too high.
