Our verdict on Zoho Assist
Zoho Assist is a cloud-based remote desktop product for businesses, IT help desks, outsourced IT providers, and customer support teams. It supports attended, on-demand remote support and unattended access to configured computers, mobile devices, and servers. Technicians can connect through web tools and supported Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and Chrome OS environments. Its feature set includes file transfer, screen sharing, multi-monitor navigation, remote reboot and reconnect, session recording, diagnostics, and device management.
The pricing structure starts with a Free Edition for one technician, one concurrent session, and up to five devices for permanent unattended access. According to the vendor’s pricing information, Remote Support - Standard costs $10 per technician per month with annual billing and adds two concurrent sessions per technician, file transfer, multi-monitor navigation, and reboot and reconnect. Professional adds four concurrent sessions, mobile device support, scheduled sessions, and screen sharing, while Enterprise adds six concurrent sessions, session recording, session audit, and remote script execution.
