Our verdict on FleetERP
FleetERP is an end-to-end fleet and logistics ERP from APPIT Software Solutions, designed for operators managing hundreds to thousands of vehicles and other assets. It brings tracking, dispatch, preventive maintenance, workshop operations, parts inventory, fuel control, driver workflows, freight billing, compliance and analytics into one platform. Its stated audience includes trucking, construction equipment, cold-chain, passenger transport and EV fleets, particularly in mid-market and enterprise environments.
Pricing is structured around an Unlimited users plan at ₹12,000 per month, with all modules, unlimited vehicles and assets, managed hosting, updates, backups, mobile apps, an open REST API and webhooks. A separate Unlimited users — setup option costs ₹50,000 one time and covers implementation, data migration and training. Enterprise adds dedicated infrastructure and data residency options, self-hosted deployment, custom modules, deeper SAP, Oracle or Dynamics integration, and SAML/OIDC single sign-on with SCIM. The integration footprint also includes Teltonika, Queclink, Wialon, Tally Prime, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Salesforce, Power BI, Google Maps Platform, Mappls and Indian fuel platforms.
The strongest functional case is breadth without separating maintenance from daily fleet operations. Schedules can trigger from distance, engine hours, calendar, fuel consumption or sensor condition; workshop teams get bay planning and repair-cost capture; and parts teams get transfers, reorder levels, warranty tracking and dead-stock reporting. Offline-first driver and supervisor apps support inspections with photo and geo-stamped evidence, trips, ePOD and expenses. FleetERP suits organisations that want one operational system with API access and deployment flexibility. Smaller fleets seeking a lightweight maintenance tool may find its ERP scope, implementation work and enterprise-oriented options more than they need.
