Our verdict on RTA Fleet360
RTA Fleet360 is a web-based fleet management information system for public-sector and enterprise fleets. It brings work orders, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset records, parts inventory, fuel management, inspections, reporting, and fleet analytics into one system. Managers, supervisors, technicians, and drivers can access mobile workflows for work orders, inventory, inspections, fuel entry, and accident reporting. Its broad operational scope makes it a fit for mature fleets coordinating maintenance and asset activity across teams, rather than for very small operations seeking a lightweight standalone maintenance tool.
Pricing is structured by asset and billed annually. The Pro plan costs $6 per asset per month and includes asset and fleet maintenance operations with unlimited users. Advanced costs $8 per asset per month and adds deeper operational control, cross-team coordination, and more automation, also with unlimited users. Enterprise costs $11 per asset per month and adds advanced integrations and enterprise control. Annual agreements have a minimum of 100 assets, so the pricing model is oriented toward established fleets with a substantial asset base. There is no free plan.
The platform's breadth is its defining strength. Alongside maintenance, it supports barcoding and stock tracking for parts, fuel-cost recording, custom vehicle and equipment inspections, driver vehicle inspection reporting, accident reporting, dashboards, scorecards, configurable reports, motor-pool scheduling, and service requests. Integration options include Verizon Connect, Geotab, Motive, GPS Insight, Samsara, WEX, Comdata, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, NAPA IBS, and Tire Track, while an API supports data integrations. RTA states that its security program is SOC 2 audited, although the Fleet360 application itself is not separately certified. Choose Fleet360 when comprehensive fleet operations and coordination matter; smaller fleets below the minimum or teams requiring a separately certified application should look elsewhere.
