Fiix is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system for maintenance teams and industrial organizations that need structured control over work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, and parts. Its web, iOS, and Android access supports office and field workflows, while mobile access can continue offline. The product is a fit for mature maintenance operations that need more than work-order tracking; smaller teams with simpler processes may find its breadth unnecessary.
Preventive maintenance is a central strength: schedules can trigger by date, time, meter readings, events, alarms, or conditions. Teams can create, assign, track, complete, and analyze work orders, with asset hierarchies, downtime tracking, QR and barcode scanning, and technician labor tracking supporting the workflow. Inventory covers parts and supplies, stock levels, purchasing, usage, and multiple locations.
