Expensify is an expense management and reimbursement platform for individuals, employees, finance teams, and businesses. It captures receipts, extracts expense data, tracks mileage and distance, creates expense reports, and supports configurable approval workflows. Employees can receive reimbursements through direct or global bank payments, while businesses can also use external payment workflows. Access is available through the web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and API, making it suitable for growing businesses with distributed teams and varied work environments.
Pricing is structured around a free Submit workspace and paid team workspaces. Submit is intended for individual employees and excludes premium capabilities such as approvals, payments, Per Diem, and accounting integrations. Collect starts at $5 USD per unique member per month with monthly billing and covers expense collection and reporting. Control adds approval workflows, reimbursement controls, and accounting integrations. It costs $18 USD per member included in the subscription size per month with annual billing, or $36 USD per active member per month with monthly billing. A 30-day free trial is also available, and pricing may vary by billing currency or qualifying Expensify Card usage.
