Teams can organize sales pipelines with drag-and-drop kanban views, connect Google and Microsoft accounts, and work across web, iOS, Android, Chrome, and API access. Its structure suits organizations that want more control over how CRM data is modeled than a fixed contact-and-deal setup typically provides.
The plans scale from a small free workspace to broader team and administrative capabilities. Free includes real-time contact syncing, automatic data enrichment, and up to 3 seats. Plus costs $35 per user per month with annual billing and adds private lists, enhanced email sending, and up to 10 seats. Pro costs $79 per user per month with annual billing and adds Call Intelligence and sequences, permission controls, and advanced reporting.
