Option 1: Contact Seller from a PC Browser
- Open Amazon.com from a browser on your PC.
Change Amazon.com to your country’s Amazon marketplace. For this example, I will use Amazon.co.uk
- Then search for and open a product sold by the Amazon seller you want to contact.
- At the right pane of the product page, beneath the Buy Now button, click the sellers name – beside Sold by. The seller’s Amazon profile will open.
- Then, at the top right of the seller’s page, click Ask a question button.
- When the Contact seller page opens, if you want to inquire about a product, accept the default option – I need assistance with: An item for sale.
- Alternatively, if you already placed an order and will like to ask a question about the order, select the first option – I need assistance with: An order I placed.
Note the message “When writing your message, include the product name and/or the ASIN/ISBN“. To make it easy for the seller to respond to your query, include the product or order details.
- Once you have selected an option in the “I need assistance with” section, click the Select a Subject drop-down. Then, select an option.
- When you select an option, a Write message button will be displayed at the bottom left of the page. To proceed, click Write message.
- Finally, to contact seller on Amazon, type your message in the box provided, scroll down and click Send e-mail.
