The offering spans web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, and some apps support offline access. It is a broad office suite rather than an intranet-centered workplace product.
The plans divide between email-only access and paid workplace bundles. Mail Free is free forever and includes custom email for one domain; it is not a free version of the full suite. Workplace Standard costs $3 per user per month when billed annually, while Workplace Professional costs $6 on the same billing basis.
