Vacation Tracker is leave-management software for distributed and multi-location teams. Employees can submit, modify, and track leave requests, while managers and administrators handle approvals, policies, quotas, holidays, reports, and team availability. It suits small teams starting with free PTO software, as well as organizations that need web, iOS, Android, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, email, and API access.
The free plan supports unlimited users but is limited to one location, one department, one leave type, and one approver. It includes notifications, wallchart and calendar views, plus Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace integrations. Core costs $2 per user per month with monthly billing, or $1.83 per user per month with annual billing. It expands coverage to three locations and ten departments, adds unlimited leave policies and holidays, balance and request reports, notice-period automation, and ADP, Zapier, OpenAPI, and MCP integrations. Complete costs $4 per user per month with monthly billing and adds unlimited locations and departments, accruals, hourly tracking, TOIL, scheduled reports, shared calendars, and multi-level or substitute approvals.
