Sage CRM is customer relationship management software for established businesses using Sage business management solutions. It brings together lead, opportunity and sales workflow management with quotes, orders and forecasting. Access is provided through a web browser and APIs, with Sage presenting the product through integrated CRM or separate sales, marketing and service modules.

Its broad workflow coverage is the main reason to consider it. Sales teams can manage activity from leads through forecasting, marketing teams can use campaign reporting and Mailchimp integration, and service teams can handle customer cases and knowledgebase content. Integrations with Microsoft Outlook, Sage 200, email systems and accounting software help it fit businesses already working across Sage and related systems.
