It suits very low-cost teams that want more than basic agent chat, particularly those needing AI and visitor context alongside live support.
The published plans make cost a central strength. The Free Plan is forever free and includes all features for one operator. Essentials costs $1.99 per operator per month with annual billing and adds 100 AI conversations per month plus unlimited live conversations.
