ProProfs Chat combines website live chat, AI chatbots, and an AI customer service agent for businesses supporting visitors and customers in real time. Its feature set covers chat widgets, visitor tracking, browsing history, proactive greetings, routing, departments, transcripts, analytics, screensharing, co-browsing, and multilingual conversations. It suits very low-cost teams that want more than basic agent chat, particularly those needing AI and visitor context alongside live support.
The published plans make cost a central strength. The Free Plan is forever free and includes all features for one operator. Essentials costs $1.99 per operator per month with annual billing and adds 100 AI conversations per month plus unlimited live conversations. Business costs $3.99 per operator per month with annual billing and adds 300 AI conversations per month and omnichannel chat.
