Referrals, review importing, and syndication extend its scope beyond collecting and showing feedback, making it a fit for visual-first stores that also want review-driven referrals. Stores seeking a tool outside the Shopify context may find its stated focus less suitable.
Its feature set connects collection, presentation, and distribution. Merchants can import reviews from other apps or CSV files, then syndicate reviews to channels including Google Shopping, Shop, Meta Shops, and TikTok Shop. AI-assisted tools cover sorting, highlights, translations, replies, and review stories. Integrations also include Klaviyo, Omnisend, Shopify Flow, PageFly, AfterShip, and Smile.
