REVIEWS.io is a SaaS review management platform for ecommerce merchants, retailers, and teams responsible for marketing, customer experience, or brand reputation. It supports product and company reviews, verified feedback, photo and video collection, third-party review monitoring, reputation management, analytics, and website display tools. Multi-store and custom or headless implementations are also supported, making it suitable for businesses with more involved commerce setups.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan includes 25 review invites per month and is available through the Shopify App Store. Paid plans start at 29, with Essentials supporting up to 300 review invites, product and company reviews, automated collection, photo and video collection, and more than 15 on-site widgets. Start-Up raises the allowance to 1,500 and adds Google Seller Ratings, Google Rich Snippets, review importing, third-party collection, and 100 SMS invites per month. Grow supports up to 5,000 invites and adds reputation management, AI summaries, competitor analysis, custom attributes, 100 SMS invites, and 100 survey replies per month. Plus supports up to 10,000 invites and adds AI replies, API access, shoppable UGC galleries, Bazaarvoice syndication, and a customer success manager. A 14-day free trial is available.
