Our verdict on Happeo
Happeo is an intranet platform for organizations that need one place for policies, processes, company information, updates, employee profiles, and connected workplace content. Its core structure combines Pages for organized knowledge, Channels for announcements and discussion, an employee directory with filters and a live org chart, and permission-aware search across Happeo and connected tools. It is particularly suited to enterprises centered on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, while also supporting Slack, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Box, and other workplace systems.
Pricing is organized into Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans, with pricing handled through a contact-sales process. Starter covers topic-based knowledge hubs, updates and announcements, and workplace tool integrations. Growth adds a branded employee experience, engagement and knowledge analytics, advanced governance, and additional integrations. Enterprise adds enterprise security controls, SSO and provisioning, custom page widgets, and developer APIs.
