Zoho Connect is an employee communication and intranet platform for organizations that want internal publishing, employee profiles, collaboration spaces, knowledge resources, task management, and custom applications in one product. Its feature set covers company walls, announcements, feeds, forums, polls, directories, organizational charts, dashboards, manuals, files, tasks, workflows, and audience-based content targeting. Employees can access workplace information through web, iOS, and Android apps, while administrators can manage permissions, analytics, data export, APIs, and integrations.
Pricing is structured to support gradual expansion. The Free plan costs $0 and supports up to 5 users with a company wall, announcements, questions, polls, profiles, and a people directory. Starter costs $0.40 per user per month when billed annually and is designed for 25 users, adding groups, feeds, forums, manuals, task management, file sharing, and integrations.
