Our verdict on HAIP
HAIP is a hospitality CRM and operations platform for hotels, resorts, villa operators and travel businesses. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, OTA messages, web chat and voice calls into one workspace, with guest profiles covering stay, inquiry, conversation, revenue and preference history. Its audience is properties that want guest communications, booking operations, team collaboration and AI assistance in one system, including multi-property operators in India.
Pricing is modular and billed monthly per property. Instagram DM costs INR 99 and includes an Instagram inbox, guest auto-linking and conversation history. CRM & Leads360 costs INR 149 with guest profiles, an inquiry pipeline, internal notes and source attribution. WhatsApp is INR 199 and adds a unified inbox, templates, campaigns, subscriber management and automations. IVR & Calls costs INR 299 with call capture, recording storage, missed-call detection, agent forwarding and call logs. AI Automations costs INR 99, while AI Reports costs INR 149 and AI Insights & Analytics costs INR 199. AI Concierge costs INR 249 and supports AI-drafted WhatsApp replies, brand voice, human approval and autonomous mode. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
