Our verdict on EKOS Fleet
EKOS Fleet is a cloud-based fleet operations platform for organizations managing vehicles, equipment, maintenance, fuel, inspections, and operating costs. It suits solo operators, small fleets, mid-market organizations, and enterprises that need centralized asset records and maintenance workflows. The platform covers preventive schedules based on mileage, engine hours, or date; digital inspections and DVIR workflows; work orders; parts inventory; fuel tracking; configurable dashboards; and total-cost-of-ownership reporting. It is available through the web and API, with cloud deployment.
Pricing is organized across three monthly, per-vehicle plans. EKOS Core costs $3 per vehicle per month and includes vehicle records, service reminders, inspections, issue tracking, digital work orders, and total-cost-of-ownership reporting. EKOS Advanced costs $5 and adds advanced work order management, garage and maintenance scheduling, motor pool management, vendor management, technician and labor tracking, plus parts and warehouse management. EKOS Enterprise costs $7 and adds API access, custom development, custom reports, custom integrations, white-glove onboarding, and full data migration. A 14-day free trial is available without a card requirement.
Its strongest fit is a fleet that wants maintenance depth without starting at a high per-vehicle price. Parts can be managed across multiple warehouses with reorder alerts, while GPS and telematics connections can synchronize odometer and engine-hour data. Integrations include WEX, Samsara, Geotab, Motive, QuickBooks, Gasboy, and more than 70 GPS and telematics providers. Support is offered by email and phone, and the platform lists SOC 2 compliance.
