To install iCloud, follow the steps below:
- Type Microsoft store in the search box. Then, from the search results, click Microsoft Store.
- On the top right of the store, click search, type iCloud and click iCloud App.
- When the app opens, click Get.
- The app will download and install. The progress bar will be displayed on the top left of the app details screen.

- Type iCloud in the search box. Then, open the iCloud App.
- If you are opening the app for the first time, you may have to wait for a short while.
- Then, when the app opens, sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you receive a request to send diagnostics and usage data to Apple, click Don’t send.
- When iCloud opens, all the checkboxes will be checked by default. You can uncheck all other checkboxes except Photos.
- Then, beside Photos, click Options.
- On the options screen, you may uncheck the last 2 options but the first 2 MUST remain checked.
- When you finish making your changes, to close the Photos Options screen, at the bottom right click Done.
- You will be returned to the iCloud app. Click Apply. Then, wait for the app to download content from the iCloud server.
- To view photos from your iPhone (downloaded from iCloud), right-click the Windows 10 Start menu and click File Explorer.
- On the Quick access pane of File Explorer, click Pictures.
- Your photos should be in these folders. If the folders are empty, it may mean that you disabled iCloud photos on your iPhone.
