This Itechguide teaches you how to print Google Slides with notes.
Step 1: Open Slides.Google.com from your PC
- Then login with your Google Account.
Step 2: Open the Google Slides Presentation
There are two ways you can open your presentation –
- 1, Locate the document beneath Recent Presentations.
- 2, Open the presentation from Google Drive. To open a Google Slide presentation from Google Drive, click the 3 lines on the top left of Slides.Google.com. Then click Drive.
Step 3: Open “Print settings & preview”
- From the top left of the Google Slides presentation, click File. Then scroll down and click Print settings & preview.
Finally, setup google slides to print with notes
- On the top left of Print settings & preview page, click the 1 slide without notes drop-down.
- Then from the drop-down options, select 1 slide with notes.
- Finally, to print the slide either select Download as PDF or Print. When you select the PDF option you are able to save your slide as PDF.
- To complete this demo, I will download my slide as PDF. When you click Download as PDF, a “Save as” window will open. Select a location to save the PDF, then click Save.
- And here is my PDF with the notes included! Obviously, if you print to paper your notes will also print.
