Want to logout of the Amazon App on your Android or iOS phone but wondering where the sign-out button is? You’re not alone; apparently, the sign-out button is now hidden.
In this quick how-to guide, I will cover the steps to log out of the Amazon App for Android, iOS, and Web.
Option 1: Logout of the Amazon App from an Android Phone (Updated)
If you own an Android phone, use the steps in this section to log out of the Amazon shopping App…
- Open the Amazon Shopping App on your phone. You may have pinned yours on your home screen if you’re like me!
2. Then, tap the menu on the bottom right of the app (3 horizontal lines) – see the screenshot below…
3. When the App settings screen opens, you will see many icons. Ignore the bottom section. Then, in the upper section, scroll down to the bottom.
4. When you scroll to the bottom of the upper section of the app (after tapping the 3 horizontal lines), tap Settings (it will have your country’s flag!). When you tap Settings, the app will display additional options.
5. Finally, to logout of the Amazon App for Android, scroll down the Settings options and tap Sign Out. The app will pop up confirmation.
6. To completely logout of the Amazon App for Android, on the confirmation pop-up, tab SIGN OUT.
Option 2: Logout of Amazon App from an iPhone
- Open the Amazon App on your iPhone.
- Then on the top left of the App, tap the 3 lines.
- From the list of displayed options, tap Settings.
- Finally, to logout of the Amazon App for iPhone, click Sign out. The Sign out button is the last on the list.
- When you tap Sign out the App will request confirmation. To logout of Amazon App, click Sign out.
Option 3: Logout of Amazon App from Windows 10
- Type Amazon on the search bar. Then click the Amazon App to open it.
- Then on the top right of the App, hover over Accounts & Lists. Finally, from the list of options click Sign out.
- Your will be logged off the App immediately!

I am not sure why you cannot see the logout option on the Amazon App for iPads
On my computer I cannot see log out at the bottom . What other way for me to log out . Maybe if amazon remove about four unnecessary add’s I will be able to see the log out sign
I am assuming you are talking about login out of Windows 10. To see the log out button on Windows 10:
1. Right-click the Windows logo at the bottom left of your task bar
2. Then, point to Shutdown or Sign out and select Sign out
