The first step to download Instagram videos on PC or Mac is to log in to your Instagram account and copy the video link. Here are the steps to complete this first task…
- Open Instagram.com (link opens in a new browser window) from your Windows PC or Mac.
- Then, login with your Instagram user name and password.
- Open the Instagram video you want to download. You can search for a profile or #hashtag. In this example, I searched for videos and opened a relevant Instagram profile.
- To get the link to a video, right-click the video and select Copy link address. Once you copy the URL address of the Instagram video, proceed to step 2 of this Itechguide…
Step 2: Download Instagram Videos with Downloadinstagramvideos.net
With the link to the Instagram video copied to your clipboard, proceed with the steps below to download the video:
- Open Downloadinstagramvideos.net (link opens in a new browser window) from your PC or Mac.
- Then, on the Instagram Video URL field, paste the video link and click the Download Instagram Video button. The downloader will open a preview of the Instagram video.
- To download the video, beneath the video preview window, click the Download Video in MP4 button.
- The video will open on the browser.
- Right-click anywhere on the video and select Save video as…The Save As window will open.
- On the Save As window, navigate to the folder you want to save the Instagram video. You may also change the File Name of the video.
- Finally, to download Instagram videos on PC, on the bottom right of the Save As window, click Save.
- The video will be saved to your PC or Mac. You can play it just like any other video.
