The series is set in the late 1970s. It features two FBI agents who interview serial killers in order to understand their minds. Then, the FBI agents used the knowledge from the interviews to solve open murder cases.
“Mindhunter” is a fine blend of thriller, drama and crime. If you love thrilling series, “Mindhunter” is the perfect one for you.
Daredevil
Taking the 9th spot in my pick of best Netflix series is “Daredevil”.
The series is about a superhero who became blind at a young age. However, now he fights injustice within the system and in the community. In the day he works as a lawyer while in the night works as the Superhero daredevil.
“Daredevil” is a superb action and crime series. If you love action, “Daredevil” is a perfect match.
The Haunting of Hill House
“The Haunting of Hill House” comes at no 8 in my pick of best Netflix series.
This series tells the story of a family who is always haunted by their former house. Although the family has left the house, they are still troubled by past memories. However, to survive this ordeal, they must confront their fears and escape their bitter past.
“The Haunting of Hill House” is a fine production. If you want to see a horror and mystery series, “The Haunting of Hill House” is the right one for you.
Dark
Ranking at no 7 in my pick of best Netflix series is “Dark”.
The plot here is about four families living in a small German town. After two young children go missing, it opens up a dark secret. The secret shows a long mysterious relationship between the four families.
“Dark” is a good combination of mystery and crime. It is one of the best Netflix series you need to see.
Narcos
“Narcos” takes the 6th spot in my pick of best Netflix series.
The series tells the true story of a Colombian drug cartel. It examines the drug lord, Pablo Escobar, several other drug lords and the afflictions their dominance have dealt on the country for decades.
“Narcos” is a brilliant production. If you love crime documentary, “Narcos” will absolutely worth your time.
Sacred Games
“Sacred Games” takes the 5th spot in my pick of best Netflix series.
The series is about an upright cop and a runaway gang boss. A certain link in their past leads the cop to the gang boss.
Subsequently, the gang boss gives a mysterious warning to the cop. Hence, the cop is on a mission to save Mumbai from a major disaster.
“Sacred Games” features action and crime. It is one of the best Netflix series that will give you an awesome experience.
Peaky Blinders
Ranking at no 4 in my pick of best Netflix series is “Peaky Blinders”.
“Peaky Blinders” is about an infamous gang in 1919 Birmingham, England. The gang boss is bent on getting rich no matter the cost to make this happen. For this reason, the gang gets involved in illegal activities. They are known for sewing razor blade in the peaks of their caps.
This series is an outstanding production. If you want fine entertainment, this series will exceed your expectations.
When They See Us
“When They See Us” ranks 3rd in my pick of best Netflix series.
The series is about the case of five teens who were falsely accused of rape and assault.
“When They See Us” is based on a true story. It takes a critical look at the bad experience the teens encountered. Also, a short look at the moments they spent in jail. Most importantly, their road to redemption.
This series is a touching production. If you watch “When They See Us”, it will surely give you a smashing experience.
The Crown
“The Crown” takes the 2nd spot in my pick of best Netflix series.
This series is about the British royal family – specifically, the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. “The Crown” chronicles the events that led to the Queen’s sudden ascension to the thrown and the challenges she faced as a young queen.
The series also touches on the politics that shaped the mid 20th century Britain and how they relate to the other political forces across the globe.
“The Crown” is a top-notch production. If you love historic series and want a superb entertainment, “The Crown” is a must-see.
Stranger Things
Finally, ranking at no 1 in my pick of best Netflix series is “Stranger Things”.
“Stranger Things” is about a group of teenagers in a small town. After the disappearance of one of the teens, the other teens found themselves in a terrible encounter.
Furthermore, the disappearance of the boy also reveals a dark government experiment and terrifying evil forces.
This Netflix series is a breathtaking mix of horror and fantasy. If you want a mind-blowing experience, add “Stranger Things” to your watch-list.
