“Apostle” tells a story of an event that occurred in 1905. A traveler embarks on a risky mission to save his kidnapped sister from a dark religious cult.
The location of his sister’s whereabouts is far beyond populated areas. However, he is determined to go on this dangerous path and save his sister.

“Creep 2”
“Creep 2” is no 6 in my pick of best horror movies on Netflix.
The story here is particularly about a video artist that is looking for a job. she comes across an isolated house in the forest.
There in the forest she meets a man who claims to be a serial killer. At first she was stunned but later agreed to stay a while with this man.
Consequently, she soon realizes that this is the biggest mistake of her life.
“Creep 2” is a thrilling horror movie that will set you off with its chilling moments.
Hush
This movie is no 6 in my pick of best horror movies on Netflix.
“Hush” tells a scary story of a deaf writer who decides to live alone in the woods. However, her life becomes miserable when a masked killer suddenly shows up at her window.
Above all, she is left to fight her battles alone in silence. This is a terrible fate.
The story-line of the movie is a good one. If you watch “Hush” on Netflix, it will give you a captivating and thrilling experience.
Bird Box
In the middle of my pick of best horror movies on Netflix and ranking at no 5 is “Bird Box”.
The story here is about a mother and her two children – hiding from a mysterious being that leads anyone to commit suicide.
However, no one has seen this mysterious presence and live. The mother with her two children decide to embark on a dangerous journey to reach a safe zone.
“Bird Box” is full of suspense and chilling moments that will keep you captivated.
Dawn of the Dead
This movie comes at no 4 in my pick of best horror movies on Netflix.
“Dawn of the Dead” is set in a time where most of the population have turn to zombies. The few survivors came together to find refuge.
However, the hope of surviving the plague is very small. The movie is well produced to fit its genre – horror.
If you want the best horror movies on Netflix, “Dawn of the Dead” is a good one to watch.
Under the Shadow
“Under the Shadow” is no 3 in my pick of best horror movies on Netflix.
The story here is about a terrible event that happened after the war between Iraq and Iran – a woman and her daughter begins to experience an evil presence.
This evil presence particularly haunts their home and makes their life miserable.
“Under the Shadow” is one the best horror movies that you should add to your watch-list.
Stree
Ranking at no 2 in my pick of best horror movies on Netflix is “Stree”.
The movie tells a story of a small town hunted by an evil spirit in form of a lady. The evil spirit is believed to be kidnapping men from time to time.
However, a particular man believes that the story is fake. This was his own belief until he meets the evil spirit and falls for her.
“Stree” will give you a chilling experience and great excitement. This movie is a fascinating one that you need to watch on Netflix.
Shaun of the Dead
Finally, in my pick and ranking at no 1 is “Shaun of the Dead”.
The story here is about a man that has no idea of what to do with his life. In the wake of a zombie outbreak, he finds courage and becomes a force that fights the zombies.
This movie is a fantastic production with great chilling scenes. It will surely give you a thrilling experience that will keep you engaged.
