WPP Marketing is a cloud platform that connects e-commerce store events with WhatsApp messaging. It is aimed at small and mid-market merchants using Shopify, Wix, Nuvemshop, Tiendanube, Yampi or WooCommerce, as well as teams connecting custom systems through APIs. Core workflows cover order, shipping, payment and abandoned-cart notifications, while campaigns, customer segmentation and a shared inbox support ongoing customer communication.
The published plans are Starter, Professional and Unlimited. Each lists the Official WhatsApp API, messages at no additional cost per send, automated order and delivery notifications, abandoned-cart recovery, campaign scheduling and automatic customer segmentation. The pricing page shows a monthly starting price of BRL 97.90 and describes a 7-day cancellation or refund period.
