Our verdict on Intum CRM

Intum CRM is a web-based customer relationship management module within the Intum business platform. It is designed for freelancers, service companies, agencies, e-commerce businesses, B2B organizations and sales teams that need contact and company records, customer histories, notes, tags, custom fields and deal tracking. Its visual sales pipeline uses draggable deal stages, while customer cards, relationship history and associated deal records give teams a structured view of ongoing relationships. CSV and Excel import and export can help with moving existing records into the system.

Pricing is organized around five plans. Micro is free and includes 2 users, 1 GB of storage, 100 CRM contacts and AI with an own API key. Start is shown at 29 PLN per user per month on annual billing, with 10 GB of storage, 1,000 CRM contacts, 10 workflows and 1,000 emails per month. Standard is 39 PLN and adds 100 GB, 5,000 contacts, 20 workflows and 1 million AI tokens per month. Pro is 59 PLN and provides 500 GB, 100,000 contacts, 50 workflows and custom connector support. Enterprise has custom pricing, white-label capability, a dedicated customer success manager and custom development. A 14-day trial is also available.

The strongest fit is for teams that value a straightforward CRM connected to a wider business workspace. Integrations include Intum Mail, Intum Tasks, Intum Helpdesk, Fakturownia invoicing, OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, while the REST API exposes CRM endpoints for additional connections. The main boundary is email handling: incoming mail is forwarded rather than synchronized through IMAP, so teams needing two-way email sync should consider an alternative. Intum CRM suits small and growing teams that can work within tier limits; larger organizations may prefer Enterprise for tailored development and white-label needs.
