The strongest fit is for organizations that want form collection tied to approvals and Microsoft-centered operations.
Its workflow canvas is the main differentiator. Submissions can follow configurable approval paths and conditional routing, with email notifications, Microsoft Power Automate flows, webhook calls using custom headers and JSON body templates, and workflow history retained with responses. Microsoft Teams provides a dashboard and embedded forms, while response search, filtering, exports, and PDF records support ongoing administration.
