Our verdict on Fitnito
Fitnito is a web-based management platform for independent gyms, studios, trainers, and other fitness businesses. It brings together class scheduling, member self-booking, memberships, one-time visit packs, recurring billing, family payments, and client management. Members can use a gym-specific booking site to reserve classes, manage billing, view invoices and receipts, update cards, and cancel online. An AI assistant is also built into the platform for setup and gym operations.
Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Starter Plan costs 0 forever and includes one location, one program, one pass type, up to five staff members, two weekly recurring sessions, and a client booking site. The Monthly Plan costs 34.95 per month and adds unlimited bookings and scheduling, unlimited passes, programs, locations, and staff, lower Fitnito Payments fees, premium features, rapid priority support, and a 30-day free trial. The Yearly Plan costs 349.95 per year with the same listed features and trial. Fitnito Payments fees and Stripe card-processing fees are additional to the software subscription.
Billing is the product’s clearest fit for gyms that need more than simple payment collection. Stripe-powered subscriptions support renewals, failed-payment retries, proration, and automatic access changes. Membership pauses can skip future invoices and suspend booking, while family memberships link dependents and support household payments. Refunds and payouts are handled through Stripe. Fitnito connects with Stripe and Model Context Protocol, but its platform is web-only and its payment setup centers on Stripe. Small gyms wanting affordable scheduling and billing should consider it; organizations needing broader platform coverage or a different payment ecosystem may prefer an alternative.
