FileRun is a self-hosted file sharing application for teams that want browser access, synchronization, and collaboration while keeping files on their own server. It supports users and groups, external guests, password-protected links, upload-only requests, file restoration, mobile access, and automatic photo backup. Its web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android coverage suits organizations that need access across desktop and mobile devices, while WebDAV and REST API access support custom workflows.
The published plans show €9.90 per user per year with annual billing for Small business, Medium business, and Large business. Small business includes installation support, community-based support, client forum access, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Medium business adds assisted installation, a Docker installation service, dedicated e-mail support, and critical-issue responses within 24 working hours. Large business includes installation and configuration, e-mail support, weekend and holiday critical-issue coverage, and desktop sharing for troubleshooting.
