Engati is a conversational AI platform for businesses building chatbots, AI agents and live-chat experiences across websites, WhatsApp, voice and other digital channels. Its feature set covers no-code or low-code flow building, NLP, generative AI, document-based knowledge training, campaigns, analytics and human-agent handoff. Small businesses, mid-market teams and enterprises can use it for customer acquisition, support, commerce and engagement workflows.
Pricing is organized around contact-sales plans rather than published fixed amounts. Standard includes chatbot, live chat, NLP support, pre-built and DIY integrations and email support. Enterprise adds the full chatbot, live-chat and NLP feature set, plus multi-language support, custom integrations, custom reports, priority support and a dedicated customer success manager. Partner focuses on partner portals, training, bot customization and co-marketing support.
