Our verdict on CINC

CINC is an all-in-one real estate lead generation and conversion platform for solo agents, teams, and brokerages. It brings together a centralized CRM for prospects, leads, and customers; an IDX consumer website; lead and database imports; automated routing; email and text follow-up; communication tools; and mobile apps for agents, buyers, and open houses. Its focus is broad: organizations can use it to capture leads, organize contact data, engage prospects, and manage opportunities across the sales process.

The published plans are organized by team size: Solo supports 1 user, Ramp supports up to 4 users, Pro supports up to 49 users, and Select supports 50+ users. Specific pricing requires contacting sales, and there is no free plan. That structure gives small practices and larger brokerages a clear plan path, while the absence of standard published pricing makes direct budget comparison harder. Optional capabilities include conversational AI lead nurturing and dialer tools, with availability and pricing handled through the vendor’s sales process.

CINC’s ecosystem is a major part of its appeal. It supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, plus a public API and third-party integrations including CRM Connect, Google, Zapier, MOJO, BombBomb, Follow Up Boss, Chime, kvCORE, DotLoop, SkySlope, Slack, and Zillow Leads. Automated email and text workflows, email, SMS, video messaging, and dialer tools give teams several follow-up channels, while automated lead routing supports agent distribution. Brokerages seeking an integrated website, CRM, routing, communication, and mobile-app stack should consider CINC. Teams wanting a free starting tier or a narrower, simpler CRM may prefer an alternative.
