BrandMentions monitors public mentions of brands, products, competitors, and keywords across social networks, websites, blogs, news sources, forums, and review platforms. It is aimed at businesses, agencies, and marketing teams that need to track conversation and report on it. Sentiment analysis, competitor monitoring, historical mention data, analytics, and alerts are part of the product, with web and API platforms available.
According to the vendor's pricing page, Starter costs $79 per month with annual billing and includes 5 tracked keywords, 5,000 mentions per month, 1 user, daily updates, and AI sentiment. Pro is $249 per month annually for 20 keywords, 30,000 mentions, 2 users, hourly updates, multilingual AI sentiment, and standard reports.
