Boardtrac is a board portal for directors, board administrators, company secretaries and project teams. It brings together meeting scheduling, invitations, attendance management, agenda creation, board-pack assembly, document libraries, permissions, voting, resolutions, minutes and task assignment. Private annotations and highlights support individual preparation, while online and offline access supports organisations whose board members need documents beyond a continuous connection.
Boardtrac presents Bronze, Silver and Gold subscription packages, with phone and email support listed across the plans. Bronze includes agenda tools, configurable permissions, a document library, voting and resolutions, minutes and tasks, and support.
