Our verdict on Airship
Airship is a hospitality-focused CRM and marketing platform for restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels and other venue operators. It combines guest data from bookings, EPOS, Wi-Fi, loyalty and other systems into a single customer view. Marketing teams can use email and SMS campaigns, audience segmentation, automated guest journeys, rewards, feedback collection and campaign reporting. Its strongest fit is a multi-location operator that needs customer data and campaign activity connected across venues rather than a standalone email tool.
The published packages are priced monthly per location and scale by estate size. The 1 location plan is £150 per location per month, while 2 to 15 locations is £120 and 6 to 15 locations is £90. The prices then reduce to £75 for 16 to 30 locations, £55 for 31 to 50, £45 for 51 to 100, and £30 for 100+ locations. Each plan lists unlimited email sends, contact storage, users, templates and integrations. Onboarding fees apply, and there is no free plan. The location-based model can make larger estates more economical, while smaller operators face a higher per-location price.
