Microsoft Rewards does not deposit Robux directly into Roblox. Instead, you redeem Microsoft Rewards points for a Roblox Digital Card, retrieve the card’s code, and enter that code at Roblox.com/redeem.
The exact reward, point cost, and availability depend on your country and Microsoft account. In the current public U.S. catalog, Microsoft lists a Roblox Digital Card priced at 13,000 points with options for 800 Robux and 1,000 Robux. Sign in and check the final option and price before redeeming, because Microsoft can change Rewards offers without publishing restock or removal dates.

What you need before starting
- A Microsoft account enrolled in Microsoft Rewards
- Enough Rewards points for the Roblox Digital Card shown in your catalog
- A working mobile or landline phone number for possible verification
- A Roblox account that should receive the Robux
- A web browser for the Roblox redemption step
Microsoft Rewards and Roblox use separate accounts. Make sure you sign in to the intended Microsoft account when claiming the card and to the intended Roblox account when redeeming its code.
1. Activate Microsoft Rewards
- Go to the Microsoft Rewards website and sign in.
- Open the Rewards dashboard.
- Use the dashboard to begin earning points.
Microsoft says visiting the dashboard fully activates the account for earning. If you have several Microsoft accounts, check the profile currently signed in before completing searches, quizzes, or a redemption.

2. Earn Microsoft Rewards points
Available earning activities vary by country and account. Microsoft currently lists these possibilities:
- Bing searches on a computer
- Bing searches on a mobile device
- Searches from the Windows search box
- Using Bing in Microsoft Edge
- Microsoft Cashback
- Rewards activities on Xbox
- The Xbox app for Windows
- Qualifying Microsoft Store purchases
- Quizzes, trivia, and other personalized dashboard activities
You must be signed in to the Microsoft account associated with Rewards while earning points. Search and purchase limits are controlled by Microsoft and can change by region.

Do not automate searches
Do not use bots, macros, automated searches, mobile emulators, VPNs, proxies, or artificial location-changing services to earn points. Microsoft says these activities can cause points to be invalidated and earning or redemption privileges to be suspended.
3. Find the Roblox reward
On the current Rewards website, use this path:

- Open Microsoft Rewards and sign in.
- Select Redeem from the navigation.
- Open the Gift cards category.
- Select Roblox Digital Card.
- Choose the available Robux option.
- Review the displayed point cost and select Redeem now.
The current U.S. product page displays 800 Robux and 1,000 Robux options and shows a 13,000-point product price in its public view. Do not assume that the same price or options apply to your account. Microsoft may show different offers by market, account, or time.
If Roblox is not listed, the card is unavailable for your account or region at that moment. Microsoft says some gift cards may be temporarily unavailable and does not provide guaranteed restock dates.
4. Complete phone verification
Microsoft may ask you to verify the Rewards redemption with a phone number. Use a working mobile or landline number. VoIP numbers are not permitted for Rewards redemption.
After too many unsuccessful verification attempts, Microsoft says you may need to wait 48 hours before trying again. Microsoft also limits one phone number to a maximum of six Microsoft Rewards accounts per household.
5. Retrieve the Roblox code
The code is normally available in your Rewards order history, not in Microsoft Store purchase history.

- Open Microsoft Rewards.
- Go to Redeem.
- Select Order history.
- Find the Roblox order.
- Open Order Details.
- Copy the Roblox redemption code or open the redemption link shown there.
Microsoft also sends confirmation to the primary email address on the Microsoft account. If the message did not arrive, select Resend from the order in Order history. Check the junk or spam folder as well.
6. Redeem the code for Robux
- Open a web browser and go to Roblox.com/redeem.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the Robux.
- Enter the code from Microsoft Rewards.
- Select Redeem.
- Wait for Roblox to display the confirmation message.
Roblox does not support gift-card redemption in its standard mobile app or on consoles. The exception is the Samsung Galaxy app, where the path is Roblox app → More → Redeem. For iPhone, iPad, Android devices other than Samsung Galaxy, Xbox, PlayStation, and other consoles, use a web browser.
What the Roblox card does—and does not do
The Microsoft Rewards product is a Roblox Digital Card, not Microsoft account credit. It is intended for redemption at Roblox.com and cannot be used as general Microsoft Store balance. Microsoft’s product terms also state that partial redemption is not permitted.
Roblox says gift-card codes can be redeemed worldwide and that their value is automatically converted to the account’s local currency. That does not bypass Microsoft’s regional rules. Microsoft requires Rewards points to be redeemed in the same region where the account was registered and prohibits redeeming while traveling in another market.
Common problems and fixes
Roblox is missing from the Rewards catalog
The card may not currently be offered to your account or market. Check the Redeem → Gift cards section again later. Do not use a VPN to imitate another country; Microsoft prohibits this and may block the account.

The redemption is canceled or blocked
Microsoft identifies several possible causes:
- The redemption was attempted from a different region than the account’s registered region.
- A VPN, proxy, or location-masking service was detected.
- Points were earned from multiple countries on the same day.
- The phone number was VoIP, inaccurate, or not working.
- The reward became unavailable during the process.
- The account used automated earning methods or maintains multiple user accounts.
Repeated violations can result in suspended earning or redemption privileges and invalidated points.
The SMS verification code fails
Enter the newest code sent to the phone and check that no characters were mistyped. Use a mobile or landline number rather than VoIP. If too many attempts have failed, wait 48 hours before trying again.
The code is not in the email
Go to Rewards → Redeem → Order history, open the Roblox order, and select Order Details. Select Resend if necessary. The code may be sent to the primary Microsoft account email rather than an alternate address.
Roblox says the code is invalid
Check characters that can look alike. Roblox specifically recommends checking these possible substitutions:

If the code still fails, contact Roblox Support. Include the Roblox username, purchase date and amount, purchase location, country of residence, PIN, serial number, receipt, full e-gift-card image, and the exact error message where applicable.
