Solitaire Clash notifications, Apple purchase records, Google Play subscriptions, and refund requests are separate controls. The safest approach is to identify the task first: silence alerts on the device, find a charge, stop a recurring renewal, or request money back. Apple’s US App Store listing identifies Solitaire Clash as a free iPhone and iPad game from Aviagames Inc., but no current Solitaire Clash help page was found that confirms an in-game notification menu, purchase-history screen, subscription offering, or game-specific refund policy.
Use the platform account that was billed. Apple purchases are reviewed through the Apple Account’s purchase history. A subscription billed through Google Play is canceled in Google Play, and removing the app does not cancel it. Refund decisions come from the applicable store policy; neither store guidance guarantees a refund for a Solitaire Clash transaction.

Start with the device and billing account
Before changing a setting, identify where the event happened. An alert that appears on a lock screen is controlled by the operating system. An email receipt is controlled by the email account. Write down whether you are using an iPhone, iPad, or Android phone; which store appears on the receipt; the date and amount; and whether the issue is a one-time purchase or a recurring charge. This prevents a common mistake: looking for an Apple transaction in Google Play, or trying to cancel a Google Play renewal from the game’s uninstall screen.
Turn off notifications without changing purchases
What is and is not confirmed
No authoritative Solitaire Clash instructions were found for a current notification switch inside the game. Do not assume that a setting from another solitaire title or another Aviagames product applies here. If the app has added a notification menu, its wording can change with an update and should be checked in the version installed on your device.
You can still control whether the operating system delivers alerts. This is a device-level control: it silences banners, sounds, badges, or lock-screen alerts from the app, but it does not change a purchase, cancel a renewal, or alter the game account.

- Open the device’s Settings app and open the notifications section.
- Select Solitaire Clash from the list of apps. The exact label and location can vary by iOS or iPadOS release and region.
- Turn off the app’s notifications, or disable only the alert types you do not want, such as sounds, badges, banners, or Lock Screen delivery.
- Return to the game and test after the change. A notification already delivered may remain in Notification Center until you clear it.
This route affects the iPhone or iPad on which you changed the setting. If you use the game on another Apple device, check that device separately. Apple’s App Store listing identifies the title as an iPhone and iPad app; it does not document a game-specific notification control.
Android: use the system app-notification control
- Open Android Settings and go to the notifications or app-notifications area.
- Choose Solitaire Clash, then switch off all notifications or adjust individual notification categories if your Android version exposes them.
- Save the change and launch the game once to confirm that the categories you left enabled behave as intended.
Android manufacturers use different names and layouts, so the path can differ between phones. These controls belong to Android, not to a verified Solitaire Clash menu. Muting notifications does not stop a Google Play charge or cancel a subscription.
If alerts continue
- Check that you changed the setting for the correct installed app and user profile.
- Look for separate notification categories, scheduled summaries, or permission controls that remain enabled.
- Confirm whether the alert is actually from Solitaire Clash. A store receipt, promotional email, or another app can look similar but is controlled elsewhere.
- If the game itself shows a pop-up while open, that may be in-app messaging rather than a system notification. No current Solitaire Clash instructions were found that explain how to disable such messages.
- Check every device on which the game is installed. A change made on one phone or tablet does not automatically prove that another device has the same notification permission.
Review Solitaire Clash charges on an iPhone or iPad
Open Apple purchase history
Apple’s support guide, “See your purchases and subscriptions in the App Store on iPhone,” states that purchase history can include free and paid App Store apps, in-app purchases, subscriptions, and other content. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple Account settings.
- Open Purchase History. Apple can use slightly different labels depending on iOS version, account region, or interface changes.
- Review the entries and look for the date, amount, and app or service associated with the charge.
This is the store-level record. It can help you identify an in-app purchase charged through Apple, but it does not establish that Solitaire Clash provides an in-game purchase-history page. If the transaction is absent, check that you are signed in to the Apple Account used for billing and that you are viewing the appropriate date range or account record.

Match the record to the charge
Compare the purchase-history entry with the amount and date on your bank or card statement. A family member’s Apple Account, a different payment account, or a grouped billing entry can make the description look unfamiliar. Do not request a second purchase while investigating an unrecognized charge; first identify the account and transaction record.
If Apple’s history shows the transaction but the game did not deliver the item, preserve the purchase details and use Apple’s support or refund route for the billing issue. If the store record is correct but the game account is missing the entitlement, Aviagames support may need to investigate the game-side delivery.
When an Apple entry is hard to identify
- Compare the transaction date and amount rather than relying only on the shortened merchant description on a card statement.
- Check whether another person used the Apple Account or a device connected to it.
- Keep the receipt or order identifier available before contacting support; it lets the store or developer locate the exact transaction.
- Do not share your password or full payment-card number in a support request.
Cancel a Google Play subscription, if one exists
The available Solitaire Clash information does not confirm that the game currently offers a subscription. If you do see a Solitaire Clash subscription billed through Google Play, manage it from Google Play rather than from the app’s uninstall screen.
- Open the Google Play Store with the Google account that is being billed.
- Open the Play Store subscriptions page.
- Select the Solitaire Clash subscription.
- Tap “Cancel subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Google Play’s “Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play” guidance explicitly warns that uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription. Removing Solitaire Clash can leave renewal active. After cancellation, review the subscription status and the end date shown by Google Play. Store terms commonly allow access through the already-paid period, but the exact access end date is determined by the subscription record.

- Make sure Google Play is using the account that received the charge.
- Search your Google Play order or payment records for the transaction and verify which app and account were billed.
- If the charge came through Apple, a carrier, or another billing route, Google Play cannot cancel it; use the original billing platform.
- If no store record exists, do not assume that uninstalling or reinstalling the game will resolve the billing question.
Cancellation timing and renewal checks
Save the cancellation confirmation and note the status and end date shown by Google Play. If a renewal is already processing, the store’s record is more useful than the fact that the app was removed. If you share devices or Google accounts, verify that you canceled the subscription attached to the account that actually received the receipt.
Investigate a missing or failed Android in-app purchase
Google Play’s “Problems with in-app purchases” guidance recommends checking whether payment completed and reviewing purchase history. Start with the account and order record rather than repeating the purchase.

- Open Google Play using the account that attempted the transaction.
- Review purchase or order history and check whether the payment is completed, pending, declined, or absent.
- Confirm that the amount and app name match the transaction on your payment statement.
- Restart the game only after confirming the store result, then check whether the purchased item appears.
- If the store transaction completed but the item is still missing, contact the app developer with the order information. Google’s guidance directs users to the developer when store troubleshooting does not resolve an in-app-purchase problem.
A pending or failed authorization is different from a completed purchase. Avoid making repeated attempts while a payment is still processing, because you could create multiple completed orders.
What to send for a delivery problem
Describe the device, the game account or player identifier if the official support form requests one, the purchase date and amount, and the Google Play order information. Explain whether the store marks the payment completed and whether restarting the app changed anything. Send the minimum information needed; never include a password or full card number.
Requesting a refund: what the stores actually promise
Google Play
Google’s “Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions) refund policies” explains that most Google Play purchases are not refunded by Google and that eligibility depends on the purchase details and timing. The policy is platform-level guidance, not a Solitaire Clash refund promise. Submit the request through Google Play’s refund route for the account that made the purchase, and provide the order details requested by Google.
A request can be denied even when the game did not meet your expectations. A completed charge, an accidental purchase, a missing item, and an unauthorized transaction may be treated differently under the store’s rules. The developer may be able to help with delivery or account issues, but contacting Aviagames does not guarantee that Google will approve a refund.
Apple
For an Apple-billed transaction, begin with the Apple Account purchase record and Apple’s refund process. The available Solitaire Clash material does not establish a separate game-specific refund policy. Keep the exact transaction, date, amount, and Apple Account information so the request is tied to the correct purchase.
Prepare a clear refund request
State what was purchased, when it was billed, whether the item was delivered, and why you are requesting review. Include the store order or receipt identifier when the platform asks for it. Troubleshoot by symptom
“I disabled notifications, but I still see them.”
Reopen the operating system’s notification settings and verify the Solitaire Clash permission and any individual categories. Check other devices if you play on more than one phone or tablet. Also identify whether the message is a system alert, an email, a text message, or an in-game pop-up; each has a different control. No verified Solitaire Clash menu is available to explain in-game messages.
“I cannot find the charge in purchase history.”
Check the store account that was actually billed and compare the charge date and amount with the statement. An Apple charge will not appear in Google Play history, and a Google Play charge will not appear in Apple purchase history. “I canceled, but I was charged again.”
Open the subscription record on the billing platform and confirm the cancellation date and renewal status. Uninstalling the app is not cancellation for Google Play subscriptions. If the record shows cancellation before the disputed renewal yet the charge remains, preserve the receipt and contact the store; if the record shows an active renewal, the cancellation may not have completed in time under the subscription terms.
“The purchase completed, but the game did not deliver it.”
Do not buy the item again immediately. Verify the completed order in Apple or Google Play, restart the game, and then contact Aviagames with the store order information if the entitlement is still missing. Store support handles billing and refund eligibility; the developer is the appropriate escalation for a game-side delivery problem.
“My refund was refused.”
A refusal means the store’s eligibility rules were not met for that request; it does not create a Solitaire Clash-specific exception. - Do not treat deleting the app as proof that a recurring Google Play subscription was canceled.
- Do not repeat a purchase while the first payment is pending or while you are still checking the order record.
