Option 1: Find Contacts from a PC (Gmail.com)
- Open Gmail.com on your PC and login with the Gmail account you want to access its contacts.
- Then, on the top right of your Gmail account, click the Google apps icon.
- Then, scroll down and click the Contacts app. Your Google Contacts will open in a new browser tab. This will include your Gmail contact.
- On the left pane of the contacts, All Contacts will be selected.
- To view a specific contact, click the contact on the left pane. Then, view the contact lists on the right pane. You may also use search to find the contact you need.
You can also open Gmail contacts directly by opening contacts.Google.com from a browser. If you already signed in to a Gmail account on the same browser, Google Contacts will open the contacts for the Gmail account you already signed in with. To confirm that you are signed in to the Gmail account you want to find contacts in, on the top right of the contacts page, click your profile icon. The email address will be displayed.
Option 2: Find Contacts from the Android App
- Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
- Then, on the top left of the app, tap the app’s menu icon (3 horizontal lines). The app’s menu will be displayed.
- On the displayed app’s menu, scroll down to the GOOGLE APPS section, and tap Contacts. The Google Contacts app will open.
If Contacts is NOT available, then, install the app, return the Gmail app, and repeat the steps above.
- To find the Gmail contact you need, use the search box on top of the Contact app.
