- On the bottom right of the Chrome OS Shelf, click the time icon. When you click the icon, additional options will open above it.
- Then, on the additional displayed options, click the settings icon (looks like a gear). The Chrome OS settings page will open.
- On the left pane of the settings page, click Advanced. Additional options will open beneath Advanced.
- Then, from the list of displayed options, click Printing. Printing options will open.
- On the Printing Settings page, click Printers.
- Finally, to add a printer to Chromebook, from the list of printers, click the Save button beside the printer you want to add.
The printer will be listed under “Your saved printers“.
- To print to the printer, open the document you wish to print. Then press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.
The printer should be displayed on the Destination drop-down. If it is not displayed, click the drop-down. Then, select More, and finally, click on the printer
- When the printer is selected, on the button right of the Print screen, click Print.
