The Google Pixel 10 and vivo X300 FE make different trade-offs: the Pixel pairs a listed 5× telephoto camera with Google’s seven-year update commitment, while vivo lists a larger battery, 90W wired charging and a higher-resolution display. There is no substantiated like-for-like price difference in the available listings, so the better buy depends on your priorities and the prices in your country.

Specifications come from Google’s US Pixel 10 listing, Google’s India launch post, and vivo India’s X300 FE specifications and store listing. The vivo figures describe its India-market listing, not necessarily every regional model.
The manufacturers’ brightness figures are published specifications, not results from a controlled side-by-side test. A higher stated peak does not by itself establish that one screen will be brighter in every setting. Likewise, processor names, camera megapixels and battery capacity alone do not establish comparative speed, photo quality or endurance.

What is the price difference?
Google’s US Store lists the Pixel 10 from $799, with 128GB and 256GB configurations. That is a current US listing, not a price that should be applied to other markets. Google India announced a ₹79,999 preorder price in 2025, with retail availability beginning August 28, 2025; this is a launch-era Indian price, not a verified current offer. vivo India’s store listing shows 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB variants, but the reviewed page does not expose an unambiguous price. As a result, these listings do not establish a reliable, like-for-like price gap. Compare live prices in the same country, match storage as closely as possible, and account for discounts before deciding. A US Pixel price and an India vivo listing are not comparable local offers.
PhoneArena’s comparison page lists Pixel 10 MSRP figures of $799/€899 for 12GB/128GB and $899/€999 for 12GB/256GB. These are secondary-source MSRP cross-checks, not current transaction prices; the dollar and euro amounts refer to different markets. PhoneArena also lists announcement and release dates—August 20 and August 28, 2025, for Pixel 10, and April 16 and April 28, 2026, for X300 FE. Those dates do not establish availability in every country.

Which phone has the better display?
The vivo X300 FE lists a slightly higher resolution on a nearly identical-size screen: 2640 × 1216 on 6.31 inches, compared with Pixel 10’s 2424 × 1080 on 6.3 inches. vivo also lists a 120Hz refresh rate, while Google gives a 60–120Hz range. On paper, vivo’s resolution is the sharper specification; actual viewing experience also depends on calibration, brightness behavior and other factors not settled by these figures.

vivo’s stated local peak brightness is 5000 nits, versus Google’s stated peak of up to 3000 nits. Because those are manufacturer figures and the measurement conditions may differ, they should not be treated as a direct brightness test.

Which camera setup suits your photography?
Pixel 10 has a 48MP wide camera with Macro Focus, a 13MP ultrawide and a 10.8MP 5× telephoto; Google lists Super Zoom up to 20×. The X300 FE’s India specifications list a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP telephoto with OIS, and an 8MP wide-angle camera.
Those configurations point to different hardware choices, but megapixel counts and lens labels do not prove which phone takes better photos. The supplied specifications do not provide controlled image comparisons, so a camera-quality winner cannot be established here. Consider which focal lengths you use most, and look for independent sample comparisons if image quality is the deciding factor.

Which offers more battery and faster charging?
vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery, while Google lists 4970mAh typical capacity. vivo also specifies 90W maximum FlashCharge, which requires its original charger and cable; it says actual charging is adjusted according to use. Google says Pixel 10 can reach up to 55% in about 30 minutes with a 30W USB-C PPS charger or higher, sold separately, and supports Qi2 wireless charging up to 15W.

These are capacity and charging specifications, not measured battery-life results. They cannot show how long either phone lasts in everyday use, and maximum charging rates do not mean a phone will sustain that rate throughout a charge. Choose based on your need for wired charging speed, wireless charging, and the included or separately required accessories; seek comparable endurance tests to judge runtime.

How do software support and durability differ?
Google says Pixel 10 receives seven years of Pixel Drops, operating-system updates and security updates, as stated in its launch post. vivo’s reviewed India specification page lists Android 16 and OriginOS 6 but does not specify an update-support duration. That omission does not establish that vivo provides no updates; it means the duration cannot be compared from that page.
vivo India specifies IP68 and IP69 ingress protection for X300 FE. The reviewed Google US specification extract does not provide a Pixel 10 ingress-protection rating, so these sources do not support a direct durability-rating comparison.
Which one should you choose?
- Consider Pixel 10 if Google’s stated seven-year update commitment, a listed 5× telephoto camera, or Qi2 wireless charging matters most to you.
- Consider vivo X300 FE if its higher listed display resolution, 6500mAh typical battery, 90W wired charging, or IP68/IP69 ratings better match your priorities.
- Compare before buying if price is decisive: check current offers in your country and match storage tiers. The reviewed listings do not establish a same-market price difference.
For camera quality, overall performance and battery endurance, specifications alone do not settle the winner; use controlled independent tests for the exact models sold in your market.
