The movie is about a high school girl Lara Convey who writes a secret letter to all her crushes. However, the letters are for her to see alone but the letters mysteriously get sent out to all her crushes.
As a result, her quiet life in her high school turns into a complicated one. At the same time, with the letters out in the open, it crashes her love life. Hence, Lara Convey is on the run to set things right.

Subsequently, after getting the role, Michael was perfect in his role and became a role model for other women. However, trouble arises when Michael falls in love with a female co-star. Moreso, when the female co-star’s father and a male co-star develops feelings for Michael – thinking she is actually a woman.

The Half of It
“The Half of It” is no 8 in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix.

Surprisingly, in the process, Ellie and the jock became friends. Consequently, Ellie finds herself falling in love with the same girl the jock wants to win over.

Chasing Amy
At no 7 in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “Chasing Amy”.
“Chasing Amy” is about two successful comic book artists Holden and Banky who have been best friends for 20 years. Subsequently, their friendship is threatened when Holden falls in love with the ideal woman Alyssa – also a comic book artist.
However, Alyssa turns out to be a lesbian but Holden is not ready to give up his love for her. In the meantime, Banky becomes jealous of Holden’s newfound love.

However, to win over Ramona to himself, Scott has to defeat Ramon‘s seven evil ex-boyfriends in martial art combat.

About Time
At no 5 in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “About Time”.
“About Time” centers around a young man Tim as he discovered a mystery in his family’s history. At the age of 21, Scott‘s father explains to him that the men in their family always has a rare ability to time-travel.
With this revelation, Scott decides to travel back in to change certain things in his life. One of the thing Scott plan on doing is to win over the woman of his dream. However, he realizes it wasn’t that easy and time-travel has its challenges.

Groundhog Day
Coming 4th in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “Groundhog Day”.
The movie revolves around self-absorbed weatherman as he experiences a mysterious situation. When covering a weather forecast, the weatherman’s life took an unexpected turn.
After the day has ended, the weatherman woke up to find himself living the same day again. While this happens for a while, the weatherman took advantage of the situation. Subsequently, the weatherman realizes how miserable it was to continuously live the same day.
“Groundhog Day” features comedy, fantasy, and romance. It is arguably one of the best romantic comedies to add to your watch-list on Netflix.
Jerry Maguire
At no 3 in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “Jerry Maguire”.
“Jerry Maguire” tells the story of a successful sports agent Jerry who has everything a man would want. However, it came to a point when Jerry begins to think about the true purpose of his life.
When Jerry decides to express these feelings openly, it cost him his job and high-rank status. While trying to recover everything he has lost, Jerry went through life-changing moments.
“Jerry Maguire” is a remarkable movie – featuring comedy, romance, drama, and sport. The movie is available on Netflix.
As Good as It Gets
Coming 2nd spot in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “As Good as It Gets”.
The movie is set in New York City where an antisocial writer Melvin Udall lives his isolated life. However, when his gay neighbor is hospitalized, Melvin was forced to take care of his dog. Moreover, Melvin was also drawn into the life of his other neighbors.
Subsequently, in the wake of an incident, Melvin ends up forming an unlikely friendship with his neighbors.
“As Good as It Gets” is a fantastic production – featuring comedy, drama, and romance. It is one of the best romantic comedies you need to watch on Netflix.
Silver Linings Playbook
Finally, at no 1 in my pick of the best romantic comedies on Netflix is “Silver Linings Playbook”.
“Silver Linings Playbook” is about a mentally unstable man Pat Jr who has been institutionalized for months. After getting discharged, Pat Jr moves to his parents’ house. In the meantime, Pat Jr is trying to reconcile with his ex-wife who has a restraining order on him.
However, in the process, Pat meets a mysterious woman Tiffany who, somehow has similar problems as him. As a result, it sparks a mix of romance, comedy, and drama.
