Is my iPhone compatible with Apple Intelligence?
Apple Support lists iPhone 15 Pro models and iPhone 16 models or later as compatible. Standard iPhone 15 and 15 Plus models are not included in that compatibility statement.
Before troubleshooting an app, check the platform requirements:
- Use an iPhone 15 Pro model, an iPhone 16 model or a later compatible model.
- Update to the latest software version supported by your iPhone.
- Turn on Apple Intelligence in Settings. The exact menu wording can change with an iOS release, so search Settings for “Apple Intelligence” if the control is not immediately visible.
- Set a supported language and confirm that the feature is available in your region.
- For ChatGPT handoffs, use a region where the ChatGPT app and service are available.
Feature availability is not uniform. Apple changes the supported languages, regions and server capacity over time, and Apple notes that some server-side Apple Intelligence features can have daily usage limits. An app may therefore appear compatible while a particular action is unavailable on your account, in your language or at that moment.

Point it at or invoke it for a screen containing text, an object, a place or a product, then choose the question or handoff that fits. What should I know about ChatGPT’s limits?

Choose Streaks when your problem is not generating text but turning intentions into repeatable actions. Apple’s September 15, 2025 announcement says, “Streaks now intelligently suggests and automatically categorizes tasks in a user’s to-do list.” That makes it a useful complement to Apple’s general-purpose writing and conversational features.
What does Streaks add?
The app’s distinct value is organization. Intelligent suggestions can help convert captured items into categories, while the dedicated habit model gives recurring actions a place to live. This is different from asking an assistant to produce a one-time checklist: the goal is to maintain a routine and see which actions recur.
How should I evaluate its suggestions?
Start with a small set of real tasks rather than importing every reminder at once. Check whether the suggested category reflects your intent, whether recurring habits are scheduled at useful intervals and how often you must correct the app. A system that saves time during capture but requires constant cleanup may not improve your routine.
- Test one-off tasks and recurring habits separately.
- Review category names before relying on automatic sorting.
- Decide which actions belong in Streaks and which should remain in Apple Reminders or Calendar.
- Measure success by fewer manual edits and more completed routines, not by the number of AI suggestions.
Should I pair Apple Intelligence with CARROT Weather?

You can begin with an outline or existing text, have the app generate a teleprompter-ready script, then move into recording and editing. This is most useful when the bottleneck is turning ideas into spoken language rather than applying a complex visual effect.

How should I compare Apple Intelligence companion apps?
Use the following decision framework instead of choosing by the word “AI” in an app’s description.

Terms and prices can change, and the available information does not establish a single comparable cost for these apps. Before committing, check the current listing and decide whether the output can be exported or used in Apple apps such as Notes, Reminders, Calendar, Photos or iMovie.
What physical accessory works with Apple Intelligence?
AirPods Pro 2 are the clearest physical companion described by Apple. Apple says Live Translation with AirPods works on AirPods Pro 2 and later when they are paired with an Apple Intelligence-enabled iPhone running iOS 26 or later.
Language and regional limits apply, so pairing the hardware does not guarantee that Live Translation will be available for every language or location. Check compatibility after updating both the iPhone and the AirPods before relying on the feature for travel or a conversation.

The Apple Intelligence switch is absent
Check the iPhone model first. Apple’s compatibility statement begins with iPhone 15 Pro models and iPhone 16 models or later. Then install the latest supported software and verify language and region settings.
A Siri or Visual Intelligence handoff is unavailable
Confirm that the destination service is offered in your region, that the companion app is installed and current, and that the request is one the app can accept. Some actions appear only for particular content types or system versions.
Results are slow or capped
