Roblox Rivals Ranked is a seasonal competitive queue for 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 matches. It is separate from ordinary matchmaking, has stricter entry requirements, and does not assign a rank immediately when you first gain access.
The current system requires Level 100 and a trusted or real-world-verified Roblox account. After unlocking Ranked, you must complete 10 placement duels before the game gives you a starting rank.
How to access Ranked in Roblox Rivals
There is no chat command, console command, or code that unlocks Ranked. Use one of the two documented in-game access points:

If Ranked is missing from the normal duel or casual-mode screen, check the Play menu or the hologram instead. Reaching the required level does not mean Ranked will appear in every matchmaking menu.
Current Ranked requirements
To queue for Ranked under the current rules, your account must meet both of these requirements:

Both gates matter. Reaching Level 50 is not enough under the current system, and completing career tasks by itself does not unlock the queue.

Ranked requirements have changed between seasons. During Season 2, the requirement was Level 50 plus completion of 30 career tasks. In Season 3, the requirement changed to Level 100 plus real-world verification.
That is why an older guide may tell you to stop at Level 50 or finish 30 tasks. Those instructions describe the earlier Season 2 gate, not the current requirement.
Do you need to unlock weapons first?
No. Ranked does not require you to unlock the game’s weapons through normal progression. Ranked provides access to the arsenal used for the mode, so weapon-unlock progress is not an additional entry requirement.

You still need to learn the weapons and build an effective loadout before queueing seriously, but grinding individual weapon unlocks is not what opens Ranked.
What happens after Ranked unlocks?
You do not receive Bronze, Silver, or another rank immediately. First, you must play 10 Ranked placement duels.
- Meet the Level 100 and account-verification requirements.
- Open Ranked from Play > Ranked, or use the lobby’s Ranked Hologram.
- Queue for the available Ranked format: 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3.
- Complete all 10 placement duels.
- Check the resulting rank after the placement series.
The placement stage is separate from ordinary casual matches. Playing normal 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5 games does not substitute for the 10 Ranked duels.

From lowest to highest, the current Ranked ladder is:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Onyx
- Nemesis
- Archnemesis
Archnemesis is not simply another ordinary tier above Nemesis. It is reserved for the top 200 players worldwide.

Some third-party pages use names such as Master, Grandmaster, or Champion. Those names do not match the current Roblox Rivals rank list. Likewise, fixed ELO cutoffs and universal Tier I–III divisions should not be treated as current facts unless they are shown directly in the live Ranked panel. Published guides disagree on those details.

Which team sizes are available?
The current Ranked queue lists these formats:

Regular, non-Ranked matchmaking can support larger team sizes, so seeing 4v4 or 5v5 outside Ranked does not mean those formats are available competitively.
Are enemy ranks visible during a Ranked duel?
No. Since Update 21, enemy ranks are hidden until the duel ends. You should not expect to see an opponent’s rank in the pre-match or in-match presentation.
This prevents players from making immediate assumptions based on the badge shown beside an opponent’s name. The opposing rank is revealed after the duel is complete.
Ranked seasons and requirement changes
Ranked is organized into seasons rather than being a permanently unchanged ladder. The documented season history is:

Season changes can affect entry requirements and presentation rules. Do not assume that a requirement from a previous season still applies just because it appears in an older search result.
Common Ranked problems and fixes
Ranked is still locked at Level 50
This is expected under the current Level 100 gate. Level 50 was associated with the earlier Season 2 requirement. Continue to Level 100 and check that the Roblox account also satisfies the trusted or real-world-verification requirement.

I completed 30 tasks, but Ranked is unavailable
Thirty completed career tasks were part of the previous Season 2 entry condition. They are not a replacement for the current Level 100 and account-verification requirements.
I cannot find the Ranked button
Open Play and look for the Ranked page. If you are already in the lobby, interact with the Ranked Hologram. Looking only inside the regular duel or casual queues can make the feature appear to be missing.
I expected to see the opponent’s rank
Enemy ranks are intentionally hidden until the duel ends under the Update 21 presentation rules. This is not necessarily a display bug.
I expected 4v4 or 5v5 Ranked
The current Ranked listing supports 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3. Use standard matchmaking if you want the larger team formats.
My weapons are locked
Weapon unlocks are not required to enter Ranked. The mode provides access to its arsenal, so check that you are opening the Ranked loadout rather than relying on your normal progression inventory.
What to verify before believing a Ranked guide
- Check the publication date and the season it describes.
- Confirm that it says Level 100, not Level 50.
- Look for the trusted or real-world account-verification requirement.
- Make sure the rank list includes Onyx, Nemesis, and Archnemesis.
- Do not rely on fixed ELO thresholds or division names unless the live in-game Ranked panel confirms them.
- Confirm that the guide lists 10 placement duels before the initial rank.

No. Level 50 was part of the earlier Season 2 requirement. The current documented gate is Level 100 plus account verification.
