Zenphi is a web-based workflow automation platform built around Google Workspace. It is designed for IT, operations, finance, procurement, legal, and sales teams that need approval processes, document generation, forms, AI-assisted tasks, and cross-system workflows. For deal desks, its focus is approval automation: sales quotes can route by deal value or discount, follow sequential, parallel, or conditional paths, and trigger reminders, escalations, deadlines, and delegation. CRM actions and audit trails extend the workflow beyond the approval step.

Pro provides one Zenphi Workspace, unlimited seats, AI agents with BYO AI or Zenphi credits, 60-day audit history retention, and human support.
