Our verdict on RevOps

RevOps is a cloud deal desk and CPQ platform for sales, finance, legal, operations, and customer-success teams. It brings reusable deal and agreement templates, configurable SKUs and pricing models, approval workflows, discount thresholds, CRM synchronization, collaboration, customer sharing, and e-signature into one workspace. Small teams can start with the Freemium plan, while growing go-to-market teams and dedicated deal desks have Pro and Enterprise options.

The free tier is unusually broad for an entry-level deal desk: it includes task management, collaboration, roles and permissions, up to 2 teams, up to 5 users, up to 5 templates, up to 3 workflows, and email support. The published monthly plan shows Pro at $75 per user per month, adding unlimited teams, 25 free collaborators, unlimited developers, sequential approvals, unlimited e-signature, and premium support. Enterprise adds unlimited workflows, AI workflows, Functions workflows, unlimited collaborators, unlimited business profiles, and a custom data processing agreement, with custom pricing.

RevOps also fits teams that need connected revenue operations rather than a standalone approval queue. It synchronizes with Salesforce and HubSpot and lists integrations for DocuSign, Google Workspace, Slack, Maxio, and Chargebee. REST API access, webhooks, revenue metrics, and approval insights extend the platform for technical and operational workflows. Small teams should choose RevOps when the free limits cover their process and they want structured controls without an initial subscription. Teams requiring more users, teams, templates, or workflows will need Pro or Enterprise, and organizations seeking only a narrow quoting tool may find its broader deal-desk scope unnecessary.
