Our verdict on WhatFlow
WhatFlow is a Shopify-focused WhatsApp automation suite for eCommerce merchants. It combines abandoned-checkout recovery, Cash on Delivery confirmation and cancellation buttons, fulfillment and shipping notifications, customer support through a shared inbox, AI-assisted replies, templates, and analytics. Shopify stores can use it for transactional messaging, customer conversations, and targeted recovery workflows through web or API access.
The pricing structure is unusually accessible for smaller stores. The Free plan includes automated order fulfillment alerts, custom templates, a template library, a WhatsApp storefront chat button, Meta Business API integration, and delivery and read-rate analytics. Starter costs $4.99 per month and includes 2,000 monthly messages, while Plus costs $9.99 for 5,000 messages. Growth costs $29 for 20,000, Scale costs $49.99 for 40,000, and Ultimate costs $99 for 75,000. A 7-day free trial is available. Additional messages are charged separately, and Meta conversation fees apply alongside the software subscription.
