Our verdict on Waapper

Waapper is a cloud-based WhatsApp Business platform for teams managing marketing and customer conversations in one channel. Its tools cover targeted broadcasts, scheduled campaigns, audience segmentation, AI chatbots and agents, and a shared inbox for multiple agents. Click-to-WhatsApp ad management, campaign analytics, catalogue and payment capabilities, and message and webhook APIs extend that scope. It is a fit for small or mid-market teams that want WhatsApp-centered outreach and support; teams needing multiple customer messaging channels should look elsewhere.

The published plans show Basic at INR 1,250 per month, Pro at INR 2,750 per month, and WA Commerce at INR 4,500 per month, all billed annually. Basic includes the WhatsApp Business API, broadcasts and retargeting, contact upload and segmentation, and a shared inbox. Pro adds campaign and CSV campaign scheduling, click tracking, smart agent routing, and Shopify and WooCommerce integration templates. WA Commerce focuses on product catalogue management, Razorpay payments, an order admin panel, and shipping and order updates. The homepage advertises a free forever plan, but no terms for it are shown on the pricing page. Meta conversation charges are billed separately, so the listed plan price is not the full messaging cost.

Integration coverage spans ecommerce, CRM, payments, automation, spreadsheets, and ads, with named services including Shopify, WooCommerce, Razorpay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zapier, Make.com, and Meta Ads. This range may suit teams whose workflows touch those services, while the plans specifically call out ecommerce templates on Pro and commerce operations on WA Commerce. The product remains WhatsApp-only, and email is the listed support channel. Choose Waapper for WhatsApp campaigns plus a shared sales or support inbox, especially if commerce tools matter; avoid it if a broader channel mix is central to your workflow.
